The Social Worker II assesses the patient's psychological situation to make recommendations to medical personnel and provides direct services to ensure the patient's best use of healthcare services, including safe and timely discharges.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an Accredited School of Social Work
- 2 years experience as a Medical Social Worker
Nice To Haves
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
- PA Social Worker License
Responsibilities
- Assesses the patient's psychological situation in order to make recommendations to medical personnel.
