Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
Valid state licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent (if applicable)
Proven experience in social work, counseling, or related roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Knowledge of social service resources, community programs, and relevant laws and regulations
Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in both English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree is preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments to determine social, emotional, and environmental needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
Provide counseling and support services to diverse populations
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies
Collaborate with healthcare providers, community resources, and other stakeholders to coordinate care
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements
