About The Position

This position is within the Behavioral Health Department and involves generating and accepting Social Work referrals, applying the casework process, performing department duties, documenting activities, and carrying out social work functions such as counseling, referral/resource acquisition, and case consultation and coordination.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Social Work from accredited higher educational institution
• Michigan Licensure as Masters Level Social Worker (LMSW) with a Clinical Specialty endorsement
• A Limited License Masters Level Social Worker (LLMSW) is eligible for this position
• A LLMSW must successfully complete the Clinical Examination that is conducted by the Association of Social Work Boards within six months of the date of hire

• One year of related experience
