About The Position

As a Social Worker at DaVita, you will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team, supporting and advocating for patients navigating the difficult transition of life on dialysis. You will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting, while being part of a supportive team that values work-life balance and personal and professional growth. Requirements

Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice
Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
