About The Position

The Social Worker will provide individual and group trauma-informed therapy to a select caseload of male and female patients suffering from a variety of behavioral health disorders. Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Social Worker/Therapist will be responsible for completing assessments, care plan management, patient education, and documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree and Current Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LISW)
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and utilize effective communication skills, including both telephone and in-person.
• Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide patient-driven customer service, and exercise time management skills.
• Schedule flexibility, holiday, and weekend rotation are REQUIRED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, Publisher, and EMR required.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years prior experience in Behavioral Health setting with acute psychiatric hospital setting preferred.
