About The Position

This Social Work position will work with acute care patients/families, in the hospital or outpatient setting. This position works with an Interdisciplinary team of professionals to support patients and the families, as they navigate the healthcare system. Requirements

• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
• Knowledge in the SHA, community resources and applicable programming
• Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
• Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
• Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
