Reporting to the Program Supervisor, as the Registered Social Worker, you will be working within the context of a collaborative interdisciplinary team reflecting the principles of person-centered and evidence-based care by assisting with coordinating and delivering mental health and addiction services to tenants. You will be supporting these individuals who have experienced long term housing instability and/or long stays in hospitals or in other institutional settings. The focus will be on specifically assisting them in times of transition to/from hospital, incarceration, treatment and intake into Indwell’s program to help them achieve health and housing stability. This position will require a high level of resilience and a willingness to work near challenging situations. What matters to you?
