About The Position

At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community based services. As a Social Worker, you will play an important role, providing service coordination to the children and families served within the Early Childhood Education Division at Cardinal McCloskey Community Services. The Social Worker will work with pregnant women and children birth through five-years-old. This position requires excellent family engagement skills, high quality social service delivery, knowledge of supportive services and resources for families, strong advocacy, organizational, and problem solving skills.

Requirements

• Caring, upbeat personality.
• At minimum a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), licensure (LMSW) preferred.
• Ability to travel to various ECED sites to provide social work service.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Daily access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass and maintain acceptable record related to the mandated criminal background check process.
