About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Social Worker to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard Monday-Friday work schedule. The role involves providing essential social work services within a healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- LMSW license (Michigan license upon acceptance).
- Minimum 3 years of professional social work experience.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
- Program development experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide social work services to patients and families.
- Develop and implement social work programs.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office for documentation and communication.
- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills in daily tasks.
- Potentially lead initiatives within the hospice or palliative care program.
- Contribute to program development efforts.
