Work alongside a team of Social Workers in caring for the psychiatric patient population across our inpatient and comprehensive psychiatric emergency department programs. You’ll coordinate discharge planning and continuum of care for patients and families from across the world. You’ll lead clinical debriefing meetings and work with colleagues in need of support after dramatic or stressful events. Requirements
- Master Degree in Social Work
- Limited Permit (must supply exam date prior to start of employment)
- Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) by the State of New York
- Knowledge of Psychosocial Assessment and communication skill
- All roles require on-site presence.
- Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

- Previous experience working with a psychiatric patient population
