Social Worker (Split HBT/PV)
About The Position
Central 301 is seeking applicants for a full-time School Social Worker that will be split between Howard B Thomas Grade School and Prairie View Grade School starting school year 2026 - 2027. The school social worker will be responsible for provision of services in the following areas: ability to write and monitor measurable IEP goals; ability to write, monitor and support Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans; experience providing individual and small group counseling/instruction; experience completing risk assessments; strong communication and collaboration skills with parents, staff, and students.
