About The Position

Acts is seeking a Social Worker to provide clinically related social services supporting the well-being of residents and their families. The role participates in the admission process in collaboration with the Administrator and Director of Nursing, assesses residents’ psychosocial needs, and provides individualized support services to enhance residents’ quality of life. This position requires compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social services.
• At least two years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• If employed in Maryland, must be a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).
• Must comply with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.
