About The Position
A facility near Sand Springs, Oklahoma, is seeking a full-time, permanent Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their team! This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule and involves providing direct support and case management services to assigned clients. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will focus on monitoring and improving the patient experience through quality, timeliness, and continuity of care, while managing a varied clinical caseload serving all age demographics from pediatric to geriatric populations.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW candidates are highly favored)
- Background in hospital setting is preferred, but not required
