About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Social Worker in Naples, Florida. This role is within the Older Adult Programs division, focusing on senior services in an outpatient setting. The Social Worker will lead dementia respite groups and Brain Joggers cognitive wellness programs for older adults, assess program needs with prospective participants and families, facilitate structured group sessions, and maintain accurate documentation and program compliance. This is a mission-driven organization dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults.
Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW) REQUIRED
- Minimum Two Years of Experience Working with Older Adults REQUIRED
- Strong Documentation and Communication Skills
- Passion for Serving Older Adult Populations
Nice To Haves
- Experience Leading Dementia or Cognitive-Based Groups Preferred
Responsibilities
