This position will provide support to both the youth and adult clients. The role involves performing clinical services, including intakes and therapeutic interventions such as group, individual, and family therapy, and crisis intervention. Maintaining and completing service documentation such as psychosocial assessments, case notes, case reviews, court reports, and letters according to prescribed standards is crucial. The position also requires conducting case reviews to determine current and future treatment planning based on quantitative results and professional opinion of client progress. Collaboration with external agents like school officials, family members, and other health agencies regarding organizational programs and client needs and conditions is expected. Attending and participating in staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, case conferences, and clinical seminars to provide information relating to program administration and development is also a key function. Writing correspondence on behalf of clients and their families, such as court reports and letters of recommendation, according to prescribed standards, is part of the role.
