Requirements
- Hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be eligible for practising membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and ability to deliver a range of evidence-based interventions.
- Ability to work independently with reduced direction and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical experience and professional knowledge to deliver a comprehensive range of social work services for clients living with life-limiting illness.
- Plan, implement and evaluate care using preventative, early intervention, therapeutic and evaluative approaches.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
- Support less experienced staff where required.
