About The Position
The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The CSWA incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Worker
- Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License (within 60 days of hire)
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement.
