About The Position

Plans, organizes, and implements social work interventions for patients and
families. Maintains contact with referring agencies and related people and acts
as liaison to community resources.

Requirements

• LSW (Licensed Social Worker) Required
• Bachelor Degree in Social Work Required
• Previous social work experience in a clinical environment required.
• Licensed Social Worker.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of hospital and non-hospital personnel.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Prolonged standing/walking.
• Frequently must deal with stressful situations.
• Handles emergency or crisis situations.
• May be subject to irregular hours
