Under minimal supervision, the Social Worker LCSW identifies the psychosocial needs of patients and families and through therapeutic intervention is able to meet those needs and assist patients and families in making better use of medical care and community resources. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the U.S Council on Social Work Education.
• California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years' experience in a hospital or institutional environment.
• 2 years in a position that required participation on an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.

• For Dialysis: Experience in a dialysis setting.
