Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or human services field required.
- Working understanding of social systems.
- Ability to implement state and federal regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals internally as well as with outside agencies.
- Outstanding interpersonal, non-judgmental and supportive skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior work with the elderly and/or disabled population preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with the highest practical level of physical, mental and psychological well-being and quality of life.
- Effectively work with the interdisciplinary team.
