About The Position

The Social Worker, under close supervision, is responsible for formulating and implementing appropriate treatment and permanency plans for children and families on their caseload. This role involves providing clinical input into the therapeutic milieu to ensure the most appropriate care for each child, documenting all interventions and required reports in a timely and professional manner, and coordinating all treatment provided to each resident to ensure appropriateness, timeliness, and effectiveness of interventions.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related human services field.
• One year of case management experience.
• Ability to function well on interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Driver's license.
• Professional quality of written and verbal communication skills.
• Documented proficiency in basic Social Work training areas.

Nice To Haves

• Social work experience preferred.
• Experience in child welfare system also preferred.
