About The Position
The Social Worker I - HC position is a full-time role within Rochester Regional Health Home Care, located at Monroe Ave. The role operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week. The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant.
