About The Position
Hewitt Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Social Worker! This role involves assisting in the planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Service Department. The Social Worker will provide medically related social work services to help each resident attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Requirements
- 4 year Degree
- Social Worker License
- Licensed Social Worker in the State of Texas
Nice To Haves
- 2 Years Social Work experience in a Long Term Care or Hospital
