About The Position

As a Social Worker/Counselor, you will provide a wide range of social work services to an assigned caseload of patients on the Child & Adolescent Service Line in support of established treatment plan goals and discharge plans. This includes completing a comprehensive psychosocial assessment on each patient assigned at time of admission, meeting individually with patients on caseload as well as with families and/or significant others to monitor and evaluate progress, and conducting daily group psychotherapy sessions for assigned patients. You will also lead a wide array of psycho-therapeutic groups in conjunction with other members of the treatment team and communicate all aspects of patient care to treatment team members.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work
• MD state license (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC or LCPC) at time of hire and continually throughout tenure in position
