About The Position
Under supervision of a licensed clinician, the Social Work Clinician II provides clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports. This involves person centered recovery planning and collaborating with other services and agencies. Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. Located on the Wellness Village Campus, the Telecare Wellness Village Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) operates 24/7 and serves 50 individuals who are Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST) or otherwise court-ordered to this level of care. The program provides up to 50 residential beds for both male and female clients. It primarily serves IST consumers referred by the Superior Court, Riverside Sheriff's Office (RSO), or Riverside University Health System–Behavioral Health (RUHS-BH). The facility also supports individuals requiring residential services through Laura’s Law/AOT and other RUHS-BH and Superior Court diversion programs.
Requirements
- Registered as an Associate of Social Work with Board of Behavioral Science; must be valid and in good standing with the board.
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Two years of experience within the mental health field
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
