About The Position
As our Social Worker, you will be a compassionate advocate, providing vital support and guidance to individuals and families facing complex challenges. Every day, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling and crisis intervention, and connect clients to resources. You'll advocate for clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support and promote well-being. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
- Licensed Social Worker: ND
- One year experience in healthcare
- Driver's License: ND
- Auto Insurance
- Basic Life Support - CPR

Responsibilities
- Assesses the psychosocial status of clients related to the client’s illness and environment and communicates findings to the registered nurse
- Carries out social evaluations and plans intervention based on evaluation findings
- Maintains clinical records on all clients referred to social work
- Provides information and referral services to clients and families/caregivers regarding environmental needs
- Provides information to clients or families/caregivers and community agencies
- Markets and promotes the agency programs and events in the local community
