Requirements

  • Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • A master's degree in social work
  • Three years of social services experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for children, youth, and adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
  • Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and supportive counseling to help clients achieve their treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, schools, community providers, and other support systems to coordinate comprehensive behavioral health services.
  • Monitor client progress, revise individualized Plans of Care as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Connect clients and families with community resources while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, professional ethics, organizational policies, and Louisiana licensing standards.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered behavioral health team dedicated to improving outcomes across the lifespan.
