Requirements
- Master's Degree in Human Services and experience in child welfare system.
- Supervisory and managerial experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Case Planners, fostering professional growth and encouraging collaborative decision-making.
- Assume a teaching role by sharing knowledge of agency structure, purpose, and sound social work methods, while introducing innovative approaches.
- Monitor and track progress toward permanency for every child, ensuring timely achievement of goals.
- Engage in Service Plan Reviews, Treatment Team Meetings, and Family Team Conferences to advocate for the best outcomes.
- Listen actively, apply experience to new situations, and inspire accountability and awareness among your team.
