About The Position
RiseWell Community Services is seeking a compassionate & dedicated Program Supervisor (LMSW) to join our team at Crisis Residence in Patchogue, NY. In this role, you will complete intakes and discharges and provide direct clinical support to residents. Assist Associate Director in management of a 24 hour intensive crisis residence.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- NYS License (LMSW)
- Minimum 1 year experience with mental health population
- Clean valid NY State Driver’s License
- Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
Responsibilities
- Complete intakes and discharges
- Provide direct clinical support to residents
- Assist Associate Director in management of a 24 hour intensive crisis residence
