About The Position
The dynamic Social Work Team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is looking for a Social Work Director. In the Social Work Director role, you will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and effective resource management for social workers across the continuum of care. Ensuring that social workers effectively address psychosocial issues and overcome barriers to deliver seamless patient care through comprehensive interventions such as ongoing assessments, counseling, referrals, and guidance, you will have a direct impact on the continuity of care from patient admission through discharge.
Requirements
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification.
- Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
