About The Position

The Social Videographer reports to the Director of Hospitality Social Strategy and is responsible for shooting and editing high-quality, social-first video content across Caesars Entertainment brands and sub-brands. The ideal candidate is equally confident behind the camera and in the edit, with a strong command of lighting, audio, composition, pacing, and color, with a sharp instinct for what performs on social. Candidates must submit a current portfolio or reel demonstrating both videography and editing work for consideration.

  • 3+ years of professional experience shooting and editing video content, with a strong focus on social media or digital storytelling.
  • Demonstrated proficiency operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras in manual settings, including exposure, frame rate, shutter speed, white balance, focus, and lens selection.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, along with photo editing tools such as Photoshop and Lightroom or their equivalents.
  • Working knowledge of production and postproduction workflows, including lighting, location audio, media management, editing, color, sound finishing, exporting, and archiving.
  • Strong understanding of vertical video, platform specifications, pacing, retention, safe zones, captions, and social content trends.
  • Exceptional visual judgment, attention to detail, and organization, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach and openness to feedback from content leads and stakeholders.
