Requirements

• Experience creating or editing short-form video content.
• Understanding of what makes videos perform well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable filming in real-world environments.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions.
• Reliability, organization, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to balance the role with a school schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Experience creating content for personal channels or social accounts.
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Interest in business, entrepreneurship, real estate, or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Join the CEO on-site at communities, job sites, events, meetings, and other day-to-day activities to capture high-quality vertical video for social media platforms.
• Shoot candid moments, B-roll, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit engaging short-form content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software, incorporating captions, hooks, graphics, transitions, and pacing to maintain viewer engagement.
• Deliver polished videos within agreed-upon timelines.
• Collaborate on brainstorming content ideas and trending topics, suggesting hooks, angles, and storytelling approaches.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
• Organize footage and create a library of videos and photos for multi-platform use.
