About The Position

American Straight A Academy (ASAA) is hiring an instructor to teach AP Microeconomics at the high school level. The role involves teaching engaging online classes to individual students or small groups of 2–6 students, using structured materials such as textbooks and slides, tracking student progress, and submitting timely feedback after class. The position is remote, with classes scheduled from 11:00 PM to 1:30 AM Pacific Time on either Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday or Monday and Wednesday. Teaching hours depend on teacher availability within those schedule options, with no upper limit on commitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in a related subject area.
• Strong communication skills and a professional teaching attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistency in teaching delivery.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.
• High school teaching experience preferred.
