About The Position
Seton Catholic High School is seeking a Social Studies/History Teacher who is responsible for fostering the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional development of students through engaging instruction in history, government, economics, geography, and related social sciences. The teacher supports the mission of Catholic education by integrating faith, values, and academic excellence in a Christ-centered learning environment.
Requirements
- Teaching certification in Social Studies/History
- Bachelor's degree in History, Social Studies, or a related field
- Knowledge of Catholic educational philosophy and practices
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Experience teaching high school students
- Experience in curriculum development
