About The Position

The Social Services role provides medically related social services to attain or maintain the highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of our residents under the supervision of the Social Services Director.

Requirements

High School Diploma (Social Services Designee Certificate preferred); associate or bachelor’s degree in social work or human services field preferred.
Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
Previous social services experience preferred.
CNA certification preferred.

Provides medically related social services to attain or maintain the highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of residents.
