About The Position

This role is for a Social Services professional with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. The position is located at an Acute Care Facility. The start date is ASAP. There is a floating expectation to the Laguna Facility. Candidates must have at least one full year of acute care experience; those without will be redirected. The caseload is 20-23 patients. The workweek is a variable 5-day schedule, with department operations running 7 days a week. Days off will vary and are not guaranteed to be consecutive, though efforts will be made to schedule them as such. There are no RTO restrictions beyond a maximum of 7 days. A California state license is not required for this position. This role is not open to first-time travelers.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.
• 1 full year of acute care experience.
• Not a first-time traveler.

Nice To Haves

• California state license (not required, but may be preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 20-23 patients.
• Provide social work services within an acute care setting.
• Float to the Laguna Facility as needed.
• Work a variable 5-day workweek, with potential for weekend shifts as department operations run 7 days a week.
