The Social Services Director plays a key role in delivering medically related social services to attain or maintain the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or in a human services field required.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

• Previous social services experience preferred.

• Delivering medically related social services to attain or maintain the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Works with and promotes collaboration among departments, professionals, consultants, and organizations including government regulatory agencies.
• Works towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
