About The Position

CAPSA is seeking a Social Services Director to lead its case management and advocacy programs. This role provides day-to-day supervision, program oversight, and strategic guidance for the social services team, including case managers, the hospital response team, and wraparound support services. The position requires a confident, trauma-informed leader with clinical insight and administrative skills, who understands coordinated, survivor-centered services and can support and grow a high-functioning team. Responsibilities include regular supervision, guidance for program development, oversight of compliance and documentation, and contributing to client services strategy. The role also involves working closely with the Advocacy Division Director, contributing to agency-wide planning and policy, and integrating best practices across advocacy programs. Familiarity with CAPSA's service model, systems, and performance expectations is a plus.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work or related field preferred, or a bachelor's degree with SSW licensure and 2+ years' experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in case management or advocacy work.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage programs with accountability, empathy, and strategic insight.
