About The Position
This is a full-time position in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for a Social Services Director/Skilled Case Manager. The role involves working with clients to understand their needs, sharing information about programs and community resources, and screening clients for program eligibility. It also includes providing administrative support, scheduling interviews, following up with clients, and keeping records of conversations. While employers may provide on-the-job training for case management, experience in a Skilled Nursing caseload and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid are beneficial.

Responsibilities
