Position Summary: The Social Services Caseworker will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life in a new country. This role involves providing comprehensive case management to help clients overcome barriers and access essential resources such as healthcare, public benefits, education, housing, and employment opportunities. The Caseworker will work closely with families to set and achieve personal goals, promote self-sufficiency, and foster community integration. In addition to one-on-one support , the Social Services Caseworker will support the Refugee and Immigrant Services department organize and facilitate group activities that promote peer connection, cultural orientation, and mutual support among immigrant and refugee communities. These activities may include mentoring sessions and community-building events. Flexibility is , as some programming may occur during evenings or weekends.
