Bakersfield Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Social Services Assistant to join their team. This is an opportunity to support residents and their families through meaningful care and advocacy in a collaborative skilled nursing environment. The primary purpose of this position is to assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing the facility’s social service programs in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure the emotional and social needs of each resident are met.
