About The Position

We are currently seeking a Social Services Supervisor to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in the Hummelstown, PA area. This role oversees all aspects of the social services program to ensure the health, safety, welfare, and personal development of those we support. The position supervises QIDPs and Program Specialists, ensures timely completion of assessments and IPPs/ISPs, and works with Program Directors to oversee service planning, treatment, and implementation for residents on campus and in community settings. The role also ensures all documentation related to service delivery is compliant with applicable regulations and requirements, stays knowledgeable of all state and federal regulations, and serves as a Certified Investigator. Merakey strictly follows a zero-tolerance policy for abuse.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, or a master’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with IDD.
• Familiarity with state regulations pertaining to chapters 2380, 6100, 6400, 6500 as well as federal ICF regulations
• Supervision Experience
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
