About The Position

At Morgan & Morgan, we are building one of the fastest-growing Social Security Disability practices in the country and are seeking experienced attorneys. The role involves representing Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims, preparing them for hearings, and advocating before Administrative Law Judges. Attorneys will manage a substantial caseload, maintain exceptional client service, and work with case managers and support staff to move cases forward efficiently. This position requires developing legal strategy, preparing evidence, and building compelling cases for clients navigating critical legal matters. The firm emphasizes an office-based environment for collaboration and mentorship, believing attorneys perform best when working closely with colleagues and support teams.

Requirements

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar
Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload
Outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills
Strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities
