We move fast, play to win, and we’re looking for a visionary strategist to take our global social media presence to the Champions League. Your Mission: Define the Game 🚀 Forget "posting updates." We need a strategic architect to own the global social media identity of Flashscore.com. You will be the driving force behind our sustainable growth, ensuring our content doesn't just reach fans but sets the gold standard for creative excellence in the industry.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years leading social media strategies, ideally for major brands in the sports or football ecosystem.
  • Platform Mastery: You know the algorithms inside out and understand the unique pulse of the global football community.
  • Market Intelligence: Deep knowledge of top European leagues and the ability to tailor content for diverse, global fanbases.
  • Technical Toolkit: Skilled in Canva and Photoshop for quick visual results, and experienced with analytics platforms such as Zoomsphere. Comfortable collaborating through digital tools like Slack, G-Suite, and Google Meet for regular strategic syncs with the HQ team.
  • Communication: Exceptional English (C2/Native) – you can articulate complex strategies as clearly as a match commentator.

Nice To Haves

  • Creative Power: Advanced skills in Photoshop/Illustrator or hands-on experience with long-form video content for YouTube.
  • Betting Insight: You understand the betting industry and can get inside the head of a bettor to deliver content that resonates.
  • Influencer Network: Experience managing international influencer campaigns and building brand-creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead the long-term social media roadmap and coordinate with the creative team to ensure high-quality content delivery.
  • HQ Alignment: Synchronize with the Global HQ Social Media team on content direction, major campaigns, and global brand consistency.
  • Content Architecture: Oversee the conceptualization and distribution of engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze channel metrics to optimize effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate synergy between various stakeholders, including graphic designers, video editors, influencer managers, and specialists.
  • Trend & Influence Management: Identify opportunities for collaboration with local and global influencers. Prioritize video-first content strategies.
  • Real-time Engagement: Leverage sports events and viral trends to create reactive content. Given the nature of the sports industry, delivery of services is expected to align with major event schedules (including evenings or weekends when relevant).
  • Innovation: Stay at the forefront of social media best practices to ensure the brand remains a leader in the digital sports space.
