Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts in a professional/business setting
Strong understanding of social media trends, SEO, and analytics
Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and tracking
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor when representing the firm
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
Prior marketing or administrative experience required

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the firm’s social media strategy across social platforms
Create fresh, engaging, and on-brand content (copy, graphics, short-form video)
Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
Capture on-site footage at events, offices, and in the community
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of all social channels: Facebook Instagram TikTok X (Twitter) LinkedIn
Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally - with availability to monitor in off business hours
Support community outreach initiatives and firm events
Assist with administrative and marketing projects as needed
