You'll create engaging social content that drives brand awareness and community growth across Zoom's social channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals. Requirements

  • Demonstrate 0-2 years of professional social media experience through internships, student organizations, or personal projects
  • Apply knowledge of major social media platforms, their best practices, and optimal posting strategies
  • Create visual content using design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
  • Edit photo and video content using tools like Capcut or similar video editing software
  • Write clear, engaging copy with strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency
  • Use social media management tools, with Sprout Social experience preferred
  • Leverage AI creation tools and write effective prompts for content generation
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Managing content calendars and scheduling posts across all platforms while coordinating with team members to maintain consistent publishing frequency
  • Creating engaging written and visual content that aligns with brand voice using design and video editing tools
  • Monitoring social channels for brand mentions and emerging trends, engaging audiences in a timely and authentic manner
  • Tracking performance metrics and preparing monthly reports that inform content strategy and demonstrate business impact
  • Collaborating with marketing team members on campaigns and identifying cultural moments for content opportunities
