About The Position

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join their growing team. This is a temporary, full-time position with a duration of 12 months. WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is the largest operator of independent diagnostic health facilities in Ontario, with over 15,000 Ontario healthcare providers referring patients to their 40 accredited locations for OHIP-covered cardiology, imaging, women’s health, telehealth, and sleep diagnostic services.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Expertise in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Exceptional copywriting, creativity, proficiency with social media analytics tools, and content scheduling tools.
Flexibility to travel to clinics to film/interview patients, staff, and physicians to post video content.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (often preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies, including building content calendars and aligning with brand voice.
Produce engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms.
Respond promptly to follower questions, comments, and messages to foster engagement.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign success.
Monitor social media trends, best practices, and online conversations to inform strategy.
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms, such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
