Requirements
- A strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn) and how to leverage them creatively.
- 5+ years of social media marketing experience and 3+ years leading influencer-based campaigns.
- A degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and creative writing skills.
- A passion for storytelling that sparks connection and engagement.
- Pro-level skills in organization, attention to detail, and multitasking.
- Local Residency/Knowledge Requirement: Because our work involves providing an exceptional experience for locals and visitors, applicants must live within 30 miles to ensure familiarity with the community, environment, local culture and team involvement.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Charge: Craft and execute social media and influencer strategies that fuel excitement, spark conversation, and bring our mission to life.
- Create Magic: Develop engaging, on-brand content—whether it’s a jaw-dropping reel, a story that makes people stop scrolling, or a campaign that inspires action.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with marketing and internal teams to launch campaigns, product rollouts, and seasonal promotions that capture the spirit of Outside Brands.
- Build Community: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and create meaningful interactions that deepen brand loyalty and enthusiasm.
- Master the Influencer Game: Lead influencer partnerships—from vetting and negotiating to launching and measuring campaigns that resonate.
- Analyze & Optimize: Dive into analytics to measure what’s working, identify new opportunities, and keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Be our social media compass—tracking trends, behaviors, and technologies to ensure we’re always one step ahead.
