Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, including platform best practices, content formats, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Strong understanding of what makes content scroll-stopping, engaging, and platform-native.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management, reporting, and trend-monitoring tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
  • Experience interpreting performance data and turning learnings into better creative decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and resourceful with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Interest in health and wellness.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
  • Experience with Sprout Social.
  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms).
  • Experience managing or contributing to brand social accounts.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ideating, creating, and editing social content, especially short-form video.
  • Managing social media, reporting, and trend-monitoring using tools like Sprout Social.
  • Interpreting performance data, spotting patterns, and using learnings to improve creative decisions.
  • Managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Guiding creators, designers, editors, influencers, or agency partners and providing clear, actionable creative direction.
  • Tailoring messaging for different platforms, audiences, and creative formats.
  • Collaborating effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Creating content in the health and wellness space.
