Requirements

  • A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, including platform best practices, content formats, trends, and audience behavior.
  • A strong understanding and a clear point of view on what makes content scroll-stopping, engaging, and platform-native.
  • Ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Strong writing skills with solid communication skills and know how to tailor messaging for different platforms, audiences, and creative formats.
  • Comfort in guiding creators, designers, editors, influencers, or agency partners and can give clear, actionable creative direction.
  • Experience with social media management, reporting, and trend-monitoring tools such as Sprout Social or similar platforms.
  • Experience interpreting performance data, spot patterns, and turn learnings into better creative decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment without dropping details.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Interest in health and wellness and excited by the opportunity to create content in a space that is constantly evolving.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Generally requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in social media, content, digital marketing, or a related role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
  • Experience with Sprout Social.
  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred.
  • Experience managing or contributing to brand social accounts preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
